input,
three-axis
sensor
array
comprised
of
three
ARS-04
sensors
in
a
mounting
block
plus
a
voltage
conditioner,
an
amplifier
and
signal
conditioning
board
mounted
and
hermetically
sealed
in
an
aluminum
cube.
The
Dynacube™-S
has
three
surfaces
which
can
be
used
for
mounting
three
linear
accelerometers
to
make
a
6
degree-of-freedom
sensor
array.
Linear
accelerometers
may
be
supplied
by
ATA
Sensors
or
customer
supplied.
Scale
Factor
(Sensitivity)
--
The
standard
scale
factor
for
the
sensors
used
in
the
Dynacube™
–S
is
35
mV/(rad/sec).
We
can
provide
custom
scale
factors
to
order
over
a
range
of
values.
Any
other
desired
scale
factor
must
be
specified
in
mV/(rad/sec)
or
mV/(deg/sec).
However,
increasing
scale
factors
beyond
this
standard
value
will
result
in
a
reduction
in
frequency
range.
All
three
sensors
in
the
Dynacube™-S
will
supplied
to
the
same
scale
factor
unless
otherwise
specified
in
custom
order
form.
Range
--
The
output
signal
range
is
determined
by
dividing
the
maximum
output
voltage
by
the
scale
factor.
A
higher
scale
factor
will
result
in
a
more
limited
range.
A
standard
Dynacube™-S
with
a
35
mV/(rad/sec)
scale
factor
and
an
output
power
voltage
of
±3.5
V
will
have
an
angular
velocity
range
of
±
100
rad/sec
in
each
of
the
three
axis.
Input
Voltages
(Excitation)
--
Standard
input
voltage
of
+
10
Vdc
only
is
used
for
the
Dynacube™-S.
An
internal
voltage
regulator
converts
the
single
voltage
input
to
the
dual
voltage
required
by
the
sensors
in
the
Dynacube-S
.

supplies
optional
cables
for
the
Dynacube™
which
have
the

are
offered
for
the
Dynacube™-S
Triaxial.
Cable
CA-04A
is
specified
when
no
ILC

used.
Standard
cable
length
is
approximately
7
meters
(23

the
other
to
allow
for
the
customer
to
add
their
own
connection
to
measurement
equipment.
Two
screws
are
supplied
with
the
cable
CA-04A
to
lock
the
connector
to
the
sensor.
The
cable
CA-05A
is
specified
when
an
ILC
box
will
be
used.
This
is
a
5.5
meter
cable
which
goes
from
the
sensor
connector
to
the
ILC
box. The ILC box utilizes a
military
specification
AirBorn®
connectors
(male)
M
series.
The
output
side
of
the
ILC
box
uses
corresponding
CA-03A
cable
which
is
1.5
meters
in
length,
has
AirBorn®
6
pin
connectors
at
the
ILC
box
end,
and
pigtails
at
the
other
end
to
allow
customer
interface
connectors
to
be
added.
Custom
machined
connector
housings
allow
the
connectors
to
be
locked
to
the
ILC
using
screws
provided.

-
As
a
signal
conditioner,
the
ILC
can
covert
the
standard
angular
velocity

the
sensor
to
an
angular
acceleration

for
an
ILC

indicator.
The
output
signals
of
all
three

times
normal
signal
output.
Standard
versions
are
available
in

is
“F”.
The
order
number
for
an
ILC
for
signal
amplification
from
1
to
10x
has
the
letter
“G”
as
the
second
ILC
option
indicator.
For
gain
from
1
to
100x,
the
letter
“H”
is
specified.
For
gain
of
1000x,
the
letter
“L”
is
specified.
(See
examples
below.)
Note
that
either
gain
or
acceleration
signal
output
can
be
supplied,
not
both.
The
gain
for
all
three
sensor
output
signals
will
be
the
same
unless
a
